I craft and lead agile production teams, refining production methodologies for brands, creative agencies, and production companies.    Below, I outline the three main pillars of my operational approach:

BUILD IN-HOUSE

I specialise in building custom in-house production teams within organizations. I identify business needs, plan the production unit, shape roles, conduct hiring, onboarding, training and team management support as necessary to ensure teams are built and ran accurately.

MANAGE TEAMS

I oversee daily project operations for existing creative & production teams, embodying the role of a traditional Head of Production (Executive Producer or Head of Delivery in some cases) with an additional understanding of innovative organizational structures. I provide crucial support to the teams, aiding in logistical and creative decisions.

ORGANIZE PROCESSES

I analyze organizational structures, team roles, and workflows within creative and production departments. With expertise in designing tailored workflows, I map out the entire campaign process—engaging key teams, including strategists, creatives, producers, editors, legal, and adaptation teams—to create a seamless, efficient, and comprehensive step-by-step workflow.
